Who these terms are for
Retech Exchange is a business-to-business marketplace for phones. These terms apply to companies that buy wholesale stock from Retech or supply stock to Retech.
We do not sell to consumers under these terms. Individual phone shopping and personal trade-ins belong to a separate retail store that is not open yet.
Our public location is Clovis / Central California.
Approval before trading
Anyone can create an account. Trading needs a separate business approval: one for buying and one for selling. Approval for one side never approves the other.
Retech reviews every application manually. We may ask for more information, decline an application, or pause buying or selling later. A paused side keeps read access to its own past orders, offers, invoices and documents.
Suppliers must currently be U.S. businesses. Businesses outside the United States may apply to buy.
Prices, orders and stock
Every price shown before an accepted transaction is an estimate.
Retech’s inventory system is the authority on what is in stock. Units are reserved for your order only when it is accepted, and never oversold. If stock cannot be confirmed, nothing is offered for sale.
Supplier asking prices are estimates for the stated condition. Grade or condition differences and any revised offer are handled case by case with the supplier.
Payment
All transactions are in U.S. dollars (USD) only.
A submitted wholesale payment is treated as paid for operational purposes. Bank reconciliation will be added later.
Existing client financial records remain authoritative in Inventory. Exchange displays the linked records and does not overwrite them.
Shipping and delivery
Standard wholesale shipping is free. There is no local pickup.
Retech bears the risk of loss or damage to an outbound shipment while it is in Retech’s control.
Supplier shipment arrangements are flexible. Retech normally arranges and pays for shipments of 20 or more units; below that, the supplier commonly arranges and pays. The arrangement is agreed for each shipment.
Shipment records remain authoritative in Inventory and are displayed as linked records in Exchange.
Wholesale returns and defective units
Wholesale returns and defective-unit handling are managed through Inventory.
The outcome and responsibility for return shipping are recorded on the linked inventory return. Exchange displays that linked record without overwriting it.
Grading
Devices sold by Retech are graded A1, A2, B1 or B2. The letter describes the screen and the number describes the housing. Grades describe exterior cosmetic condition only; they do not state battery health or a functional guarantee.
Devices you supply are graded on receipt against the same standard.
Your account and confidentiality
Keep your sign-in private. You are responsible for activity under your account, and the documents you upload must be genuine and belong to your business.
Private price lists, stock prices and order records shown to your account are confidential to your business.

Retail is not open
Individual phone shopping and personal trade-ins are not available. When the retail store opens, it will have its own terms.
